Q. What are your office hours?
A. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.-3 p.m. In case of an emergency outside business hours, please leave me a message and I will return your call promptly. You also have the option to text message me at any time!
Q. Will my dog be walked with other dogs?
A. No. Unless there are special circumstances arranged by you, your pet will always have an individual walk with personalized attention.
Q. Who will walk my dog?
A. My husband and I work as a team. However, I do the majority of the walks and he occasionally assists me during busy periods.
Q. How do I pay for my services?
A. Payment is due at the time the service is rendered. If you have arranged ongoing service or vacation care, payments can vary on a case by case basis.
Q. How will I know how my pet is doing while I am away?
A. Call me! I will also leave a daily diary of our days events. You will know every detail no matter how far from home you are!
Q. How will you handle my house keys?
A. We ask for two key copies. One will stay with the Pet Sitter and the other will be securely locked up. You name or address will never be listed on your key. I create a specific code that will identify your key while safely withholding personal information.
Q. How do I get you my keys?
A. There will be a $10.00 charge if we have to pick-up or return your keys to you at the end of the visits.
